During the political cold open on “Saturday Night Live,” President Donald Trump (James Austin Johnson) signed the “Bill Belichick Law.”
“Saturday Night Live” wasted no time making fun of Bill Belichick and girlfriend Jordon Hudson following their disastrous interview on “CBS Sunday Morning.”
During the political cold open of the latest episode of “SNL,” hosted by Quinta Brunson, President Donald Trump (James Austin Johnson) signed a series of absurd executive orders alongside Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller (Mikey Day).
One of those orders was the Belichick Law, which, as Day (as Miller) put it, would “make it socially acceptable for a man in his 70s to date a 24-year-old.”
“That’s right, we’re calling it the Belichick law,” Johnson said. “We’re gonna make girlfriends young again. Old men can now date far younger women.”
Belichick, 73, and Hudson, 24, were also mocked earlier in the week by Jimmy Kimmel, who joked that the couple met at a “daddy-daughter dance.”
After playing the “CBS Sunday Morning” clip of Hudson interrupting a question about how she and Belichick first met, Kimmel deadpanned, “so not at church, then?”
“It’s like ‘The Golden Bachelor’ meets the regular ‘Bachelorette,’” Kimmel said.
