Sophomore opposite hitter Kristin Titriyski had 10 kills and two aces in his first match in nearly two months and No. 3 Hawaii opened the Outrigger Invitational with a 25-18, 25-19, 25-17 sweep of Mount Olive tonight at Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center.
A crowd of 3,329 gave Titriyski an extended ovation when he substituted into the match to start the second set.
Hawaii (16-2) used 13 players against the Trojans (8-5).
Finn Kearney added nine kills and Adrien Roure had five kills in the opening set before resting the next two sets.
Hawaii hit a season-high .603 and Justin Todd set a career high with four aces.
