All Honolulu Botanical Gardens (through this weekend)
Several play fields including Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park.
All permitted City & County of Honolulu camping is suspended through March 26.
Regularly permitted city park activities, programs, and phone access for recreation staff are suspended as park staff assist with emergency operations.
Public transportation
The severe weather is also affecting Oahu’s public transportation and services, including:
TheBus
Route 521 service remains suspended
Route 52 service is suspended north of Wahiawa
Route 60 service is suspended between Haleiwa and Kahaluu (Kamehameha/Kahekili at Hygienic Store)
Route 403 service is suspended on Paakea Road.
Handi-Van
Operating normally, users leaving or bound for North Shore and East Oahu (between Waialua and Kahaluu) may not be able to start or complete their trip.

City officials also ask the public to avoid being on the roads today if possible due to hazardous road conditions in numerous areas, and to treat all malfunctioning traffic signals as four-way stops.
