Celine Dion is reportedly prepping for a series of live concerts this fall, but not in Las Vegas.
According to reports out of Montreal, Dion is prepping for a string of shows at the 40,000-seat Paris La Défense Arena. The publication La Presse reported Sunday that Dion will play two concerts each week in September and October.
Reps for Dion in Las Vegas declined to comment Monday morning. The 57-year-old icon still has a home in Lake Las Vegas.
As news broke worldwide, Dion’s X page showed a series of four photos from Paris with the message “I don’t know how to tell you …” The photos show Dion as a teenager, the Eiffel Tower in the background. A similar set of eight photos was posted on Dion’s IG page with the message “And now when you comment, you don’t send it.”
The reasons behind those posts, and their timing, would be interesting if Dion didn’t have plans for Paris.
Je sais pas comment te dire…

Live Nation acquired the Paris arena in January. The venue has showcased Taylor Swift, the Rolling Stones and Kendrick Lamar.
Speculation surfaced about this booking over the weekend. Our best read is to keep checking back this week. Dion has recently become more active on her social media pages, particularly TikTok, an indication she is planning a return to the stage.
Social media fan accounts have posted photos of posters displaying titles of Dion’s songs, among them “Power of Love,” “Sil suffisait d’aimer” and “Pour que tu m’aimes encore.”
Dion was scheduled to play Paris on her “Courage” tour in 2020, which was canceled because of the pandemic. She returned to the city to perform in the opening ceremonies of the Paris Olympics in July 2024, singing French favorite Édith Piaf’s “L’Hymne à l’amour” (“Hymn to Love”).
The following November, Dion performed a two-song set at the “1001 Seasons of Elie Saab” fusion of music, fashion and art in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dion sang her classics “Power of Love” and “I’m Alive” in a performance lasting about 12½ minutes.
She performed to piano accompaniment and an orchestral track, her vocals reportedly live. Dancers in white and a full choir joined for “I’m Alive.”
The international superstar was set to be the first headliner at Resorts World Theatre but called off her dates after being diagnosed with stiff person syndrome in November 2021. Dion headlined 1,141 shows at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace from 2003 to 2019. She is considered the architect of the modern-day superstar residency in Las Vegas.
