Emily Gaudio tossed a five-inning perfect game for Marlboro in its 11-0 win over Rumson-Fair Haven in the first round of the Monmouth County Tournament in Marlboro.
Gaudio struck out 13 of the 15 batters she faced.
Aimee Notaro, Adison Ditillo and Gaudio each had multi-hit games to lead the offense while Isabella Wuelfing hit a triple, drove in two runs and scored two runs.
Marlboro moved to 6-4 on the season while Rumson-Fair Haven dropped to 3-5.
