Soundscapes, as part of the Virginia Community Musical Festival, will present a free concert featuring more than 200 youth musicians at 3 p.m. Sunday at Ferguson Center for the Arts, 1 Avenue of the Arts.
The festival will highlight student ensembles from Soundscapes’ after-school programs, the Peninsula Youth Orchestra and the new Peninsula Youth Jazz Band.
