Find your zen at the annual Yogathon Arkansas festival on Sunday, Sept. 21.
Instructors, practitioners and yogis of all skill levels will gather together at this vibrant six-hour event dedicated to promoting yoga across Arkansas. The day will be filled with diverse, one-hour yoga classes, a wellness-minded community and many opportunities to explore and deepen your sense of self.
Yogathon Arkansas began in 2012 as a weekend event that invited yoga lovers, new and old, to visit studios in the central Arkansas area and try a multitude of classes. Local studios and instructors opened their doors to the community and offered free classes to anyone who wanted to learn more about yoga. Since then, it has evolved into a day-long festival of fun for the whole community.
Yogathon 2025 takes place on the peaceful grounds of MacArthur Park from 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. and will be a calming prelude to Little Rock’s Downtown Food Truck Festival. Classes are donation-based, and a portion of the proceeds from the festival will go toward supporting the nonprofit organization Arkansas Foodbank.
Instructors for this year’s festival have yet to be announced, but last year’s lineup included local instructors such as Sam Davis, Brita Fajer, Hannah Saulters and more.
