303 in the Cut food truck to pop up at Red Rock Resort

303 is popping up in the 89135.

303 in the Cut, the viral Las Vegas food truck with two locations open daily, will set up shop for one day at the Grid Iron Grill next to the sportsbook in Red Rock Resort.

From noon to 7 p.m. March 14, 303 will serve signature go-big dishes: Philly cheesesteaks, burritos stuffed with smoked chicken and green chiles, a Dirty Dog featuring a foot-long fried hot dog nestled in a toasted bun, then mounded with Philly cheesesteak (shaved ribeye, onions, peppers, cheese) and ladled with white cheese sauce.

Folks can also look forward to seasoned crinkle-cut 303 fries served with roasted garlic aïoli and 303 sauce, as well as Cutty fries topped with crackin’ fried chicken. Two trademark desserts — tiramisù and the cheesecake sandwich — are also making the trip to Red Rock.

A father-and-son duo from Colorado founded 303 (which is the area code for Denver). Besides its locations at 4120 W. Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown and 6900 N. Durango Drive in Centennial Hills, 303 in the Cut is planning a third location (address not indicated), as listed in its Instagram bio. Visit 303inthecut.com or @303inthecut.
