Premieres Wednesday, March 18:

Furies — Season 2 of the French crime thriller finds Lyna playing a dangerous game by feeding the police info about the gangster family she’s infiltrated. This is normally where I’d joke about being shocked to see the French straddling both sides of a conflict, but I kind of don’t feel we have much room to rag on Europe right now, you know? (Netflix)

Imperfect Women — Elisabeth Moss, Kerry Washington and Kate Mara star in an adaptation of Araminta Hall’s novel about gal pals whose friendship is rocked by an unimaginable tragedy. Given that said tragedy is the murder of Mara’s character, either she has a shitty agent or fans of flashbacks are about to have a field day. (Apple TV)

Invincible — Season 4 finally introduces us to the grand antagonist of the piece: Grand Regent Thragg (voice of Lee Pace), a vicious despot who will sink to any depth of brutality to restore the glory of the Viltrum Empire. We would have seen him before now, but he was busy working a deal for his campaign hats. (Prime Video)

Radioactive Emergency — The true history of Brazil in the 1980s inspired this dramatic miniseries in which the discovery of radioactive material causes a countrywide panic. The escalator pitch: It’s Chernobyl in a thong. (Netflix)

Premieres Friday, March 20:

1000 Women in Horror — Interviews with some of the greatest female directors and performers highlight a documentary tribute to women’s enduring influence on the horror genre. Play along at home by betting how many of them will still be alive at the end! (Shudder and Sundance Now)

Deadloch Season 2 — While the series title still references the Tasmanian coast, the locale of this Australian crime comedy shifts to the tropical Northern Territory in Season 2. New cast arrivals include Luke Hemsworth as a legendary crocodile wrangler. Which, ironically enough, is how Miley now refers to Liam. (Prime Video)

Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat — Season 2 of the reality hoax show takes its cues from Succession, with the transfer of power at a hot-sauce company panning out at a corporate getaway that’s actually a carefully scripted stunt. This time, a temp named Anthony is the mark. Will he figure out the whole thing is a put-on, or did that possibility go out the window when he failed to recognize a real company would have long since outsourced his job to AI? (Prime Video)

The Rise of the Red Hot Chili Peppers: Our Brother, Hillel — Late guitarist Hillel Slovak is the central figure of a documentary that revisits the early days of the now-ubiquitous frat-funk band. Wouldn’t it be funny if viewing was blocked in California? (Netflix)

Rubber Nose Massacre — Orlando director Sam Gaffin (of the Killer Robots film and music franchise) goes to streaming with a horror comedy about a clown turned kidnapper. Featured actors include local luminaries Mandaddy and Babette Bombshell. (Admit it: If you didn’t know better, you’d guess that was the cast list to Andy Warhol’s BAD.) (Night Flight Plus)

Premieres Saturday, March 21:

BTS: The Comeback Live Arirang — Now that their military service requirements have all been satisfied, the members of the gigundo K-pop boy band reconvene for a triumphant return concert in Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square. You’ll have to get up at 7 a.m. to watch, but like you’re going to complain? In the army, they’ve already killed 10 North Koreans by then! (Netflix)

Premieres Monday, March 23:

Inside — Contestants in the third season of the U.K. competition show include Eddie Hall, who formerly held the title of the world’s strongest man. Where do you go after you’ve ceded that kind of crown? Do you have to settle for being World’s Second Strongest Man but Still Great to Have Around When the Nutella Lid’s Screwed On Too Tight? (Netflix)

Premieres Tuesday, March 24:

Daredevil: Born Again — Showrunner Dario Scardapane has confirmed that this second season marks the end of Wilson “Kingpin” Fisk’s tenure as mayor of New York. Well, of course he’s on his way out. Two whole seasons, and we still don’t have those free buses he promised. (Disney Plus)

Jeff Ross: Take a Banana for the Ride — America’s Roastmaster General returns to your screen with a taped document of his one-man Broadway show of last fall. Learn all about his childhood, his health challenges and the extensive collection of decorative plates he’s prepared to put up for sale in case Saudi Arabia asks for its money back. (Netflix)
