Buffalo, NY:  Together, the creative duo, Patrick Gallo & George Caldwell, have developed an entertaining theatrical event that fuses powerful storytelling with an intimately scored backdrop of musical depth titled HOW TO BE AN ARTIST!

Actor Gallo, an American Musical and Dramatic Academy alumnus known for standout screen roles including Anthony Giacalone in Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman and Mario Puzo in Paramount+’s The Offer, brings artistic direction to a dramatic and comedic range of personal life experiences.

Caldwell, a distinguished pianist, arranger, and composer who has performed worldwide — from Carnegie Hall and Royal Albert Hall to Montreux and Newport Jazz Festivals — and won a 1996 Grammy with the Count Basie Orchestra, contributes a deep jazz pedigree, composition, and decades of ensemble leadership and teaching experience as a Professor of Practice at the University at Buffalo.
