Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean are teaming up on a tour that needs a big room. Allegiant Stadium is that room.
Bryan and Aldean are headlining “Double Down Tour” on Dec. 11 (tickets on sale 10 a.m. May 8 at ticketmaster.com). Jon Pardi, Chase Matthew, Dee Jay Silver and DJ Rock are the support acts. Live Nation is the tour promoter.
Aldean is the reigning ACM Artist of the Decade. Bryan is a five-time Entertainer of the Year. Over the weekend, the duo played to 63,000 fans at UGA Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga.
Bryan is a former residency headliner at Resorts World Theatre. Aldean has performed several shows on the Strip, including a three-show run at then-Park Theater (now Dolby Live), his first Las Vegas shows after the Oct. 1 shootings. Aldean is also a partner in Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar at 63 CityCenter.
