Buffalo, NY – Get ready for a day of laughter, nostalgia, and giving back as the 2026 Roper Romp
– Buffalo Bar Crawl for a Cause takes over Allen Street on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Inspired by the iconic style and humor of Three’s Company characters Helen and Stanley Roper,
this unique bar crawl invites participants to don their boldest caftans, chunky jewelry, and retro
flair for an unforgettable afternoon of fun—all while supporting a meaningful cause.
Beginning at 2:00 PM, participants will register day-of at “26” (26 Allen Street) before heading
out to enjoy one of Buffalo’s most vibrant entertainment districts. The event playfully promises to
continue “until Jack ends up in the girls’ bathtub,” embracing the lighthearted spirit of the beloved
show.
“This event is about bringing people together for a great time while raising awareness and support
for families impacted by Alzheimer’s,” said event organizer Robert P. Graves. “It’s fun, it’s
nostalgic, and most importantly, it’s for a cause that touches so many lives in our community.”
Admission is $25.00, and 100% of proceeds will benefit the WNY Alzheimer’s Association and
the WNY Walk to End Alzheimer’s, helping to fund research, care, and support services for
those affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
Whether you’re a Buffalo local or visiting for the weekend, the Roper Romp promises an afternoon
filled with energy, laughter, and community spirit.
