A 37-year-old man was arrested today by District 1 Crime Reduction Unit officers for alleged murder in the second degree following a shooting early Sunday near Keeaumoku Street and Kapiolani Boule- vard that left a 23-year-old man dead from a gunshot wound.
Charges will be sought with the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney.
