‘Kill Tony’ sets multiple dates at Las Vegas Strip theater

The podcaster about whom Pete Davidson said, “Kill Tony! Please, someone … kill Tony!” is headlining the strip in November.

Tony Hinchcliffe is taking over Dolby Live at Park MGM on Nov. 13 and 14 for two episodes of his “Kill Tony” podcast. Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com. Hinchcliffe brought the show to Resorts World Theatre in September 2024.

“Kill Tony” is reportedly the No. 1 live comedy podcast nationwide. The show premiered in June 2013, co-hosted by Brian Redband, the original producer and co-host of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” who left the show in 2012.

The live podcast presents a panel of comic guests — Carrot Top among them — with a different roster each night. Comics put their name into the show’s Bucket of Destiny to perform a minute of stand-up before being interviewed.

Hinchcliffe took part in the freewheeling “The Roast of Kevin Hart” on May 10 on Netflix, hosted by Shane Gillis. Hinchcliffe was a favorite and frequent target in the event at Kia Forum in Inglewood, Calif.

Along with Davidson’s onslaught, the night featured attacks from Cosmopolitan headliner Chelsea Handler: “Tony, you have the face of a school shooter, and the personality of someone who gets shot first.”

Hinchcliffe drew controversy about his jokes about George Floyd. The tenor of the material was typical of a Netflix roast — Davidson also told a highly criticized joke about Charlie Kirk.

Hart, the night’s leading roastee, later told The Breakfast Club podcast, “Tony Hinchcliffe arguably had the best set or one of the best sets. Pete had a great set, too. Pete had a Charlie Kirk joke in it. Like, would I tell those jokes? No. But do I get why they’re being told? Yes. … I’m not looking at Pete crazy. I’m not looking at Tony. That’s what I know you’re going to do. I know your style of comedy.”

Hinchcliffe gained nationwide coverage in 2024 for his joke about Puerto Rico being “a floating island of garbage” at a pre-election event for President Donald Trump at Madison Square Garden.

Hinchcliffe’s podcast has since appeared at Intuit Dome and YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, and sold out four shows at Madison Square Garden in 2024 and 2025. His “Tony Hinchcliffe: Man of the People” premiered on Netflix on June 9.

The comic has also hosted his podcast alongside Wrestlemania week in Las Vegas, at BleauLive Theater at Fontainebleau in 2025 and at Dolby Live this past April.
