Maxie’s, the breakfast, lunch and dinner spot at the Linq Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip, is heading to Henderson.
The outpost of the restaurant will open at one end of 1695 E. Cactus Ave., with a sibling Aroma Cafe at the other end, and a 130-seat event space in between. The new Maxie’s will be a restaurant and bar with private dining room, while Aroma will serve coffee, fresh pastries and café classics, with an August debut planned for the project, according to a representative for Maxie’s Restaurant Group.
The representative said the Henderson menu was still being completed. On the Strip, the breakfast menu offers French toast topped with Fruity Pebbles and signature Benedict boxes featuring hollowed-out loaves filled with Benedict ingredients. At lunch, there are certified Angus beef sliders and a Philly cheesesteak. Dinner runs to spaghetti and meatballs and blackened grilled salmon.
