Cava has confirmed the opening of its first Las Vegas location … at some point.
Signage has gone up at the Centennial Hills location, marking the first Nevada outlet for the wildly popular fast-casual bowl eateries. But don’t expect to pick up a pomegranate glazed salmon bowl anytime soon.
According to a company rep, Cava “does intend to open before the end of this year … It’s a little too soon to share an exact date …”
In the meantime, they encourage fans to keep an eye on cava.com and the Cava app.
There are more than 470 Cava locations in the U.S. The company, stylized as CAVA, is known for its Mediterranean fast food, featuring chicken, steak, falafel, lamb and salmon bowls. In 2025, the company reported $1.2 billion in revenue. Cava got its start as Cava Mezze in 2006 in Rockville, Maryland, and is headquartered in Washington, D.C.
The location will be 5655 Centennial Center Blvd., Suite 170.
