Billy Amick hit a three-run homer, Jefferson Rojas drove in three runs for the second straight night and the Binghamton Rumble Ponies collected 16 hits on their way to a 13-5 win over the Portland Sea Dogs in an Eastern League game Wednesday at Hadlock Field.
The Sea Dogs fell behind 8-0 until they broke through in the fifth inning against Binghamton pitcher Gary Gill Hill. Yoeilin Cespedes got Portland started with his first Double-A home run, and Nelly Taylor cut the deficit to 8-4 with a three-run homer.
The Rumble Ponies, though, answered with five runs in the sixth.
