HPD shuts down suspected drug house on Keeaumoku Street

The Honolulu Police Department’s Narcotics/Vice Division broke up a drug house suspected of marketing illegal narcotics Wednesday in the Keeaumoku area.

At 5 p.m., HPD officers recovered “illegal narcotics, cash and digital evidence,” according to a statement from HPD.

What kind of drugs, how much cash and what kind of digital evidence was seized was not immediately made public by police today.

Photos released by HPD show mushrooms and hash and other unidentified drugs in liquid form packaged for sale.

“Three individuals were detained in connection with the investigation, and appropriate criminal charges will be sought,” HPD said in a statement.

The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information is available at this time.

“The Narcotics/Vice Division is committed to identifying, disrupting, and dismantling the organizations that profit from selling illegal narcotics in our communities,” said Maj. Jerome Pacarro head of HPD’s Narcotics/Vice Division in a statement. “We will continue putting pressure on those responsible and work aggressively to keep these drugs off our streets.”
