A 24-year-old woman was arrested Monday night on suspicion of shooting and killing 30-year-old Thomas C. Maloe in Kailua on Saturday night.
Detectives from the Homicide and Strategic Enforcement Detail, with help from the CID Forensic Video Unit, identified a 24-year-old female suspect.
On Monday, just before 11:00 p.m., District 4 Crime Reduction Unit officers found the woman and arrested her on suspicion of murder in the second degree and firearm offenses, police said.
Charges will be sought with the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney.
“The investigation is ongoing,” HPD said.
