To celebrate a summer of sports, from the NBA Finals to the FIFA World Cup to major league baseball, Yelp just released its list of Top 100 Sports Bars in the U.S. for 2026, naming “fan-friendly spots that have big screens, great bites and local brews.” Three Las Vegas bars made the cut.
McMullan’s Irish Pub, 4650 W. Tropicana Ave., comes in at No 2. McMullan’s, owned by third-generation publican Brian McMullan, deploys family heirlooms and imported fixtures and furnishings to conjure a traditional Irish pub. McMullan’s encompasses bars and dining rooms, a trio of snugs (quieter cozy areas), a private event space and more.
The menu features items such as chips (French fries) and gravy, Irish sausage rolls with Irish stone ground mustard, a corned beef pasty, steak and mushroom pie, Nanny Mac’s shepherd’s pie, a rotating selection of Irish beers and extensive whiskey holdings.
Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas, 4510 Paradise Road, takes the No. 16 spot. This Vegas outpost of Germany’s oldest beer house opened here more than 20 years ago. Today, it is a Vegas institution that covers 19,000 square feet, with soaring barrel-vaulted ceilings and space for more than 800 across the dining room and biergarden,
Hofbräuhaus serves lager, Hefeweizen and Dunkel beers, as well as seasonal releases like Maibock and Oktoberfestbier, that are brewed according to the Purity Law of 1516 and then imported directly from the brewery in Munich. The menu features German standards such as Leberkäse: beef, pork and veal ground very fine, baked in a loaf, then sliced for serving.
Roadrunner Saloon, 921 N. Buffalo Drive, rounds out the Vegas contingent at No. 30. Roadrunner debuted almost 30 years ago and styles itself as “a cornerstone of the Las Vegas country bar and grill scene.” But sports watching is important here, too, and the bar is a longtime gathering place for Denver Broncos fans.
The saloon touts its build-your-own burger made from an Angus patty topped with classic fixings, plus options such as five different cheeses, a fried egg, grilled onions, onion strings, sautéed mushrooms, jalapeños and barbecue sauce. Roadrunner also serves morning mainstays, including a breakfast burrito, country fried steak and an 8-ounce ribeye steak and eggs.
