Police are looking to identify a man as they investigate a stabbing outside a South Boston dive bar that took place early Sunday morning.

Officers responded to the area of Croke Park on West Broadway at about 2:43 a.m. for a report of a fight.

There, a man was suffering from multiple stab wounds, police said in a Tuesday release.

“Officers received information that a physical altercation between the victim and a group of males took place outside of the aforementioned location in which the victim was stabbed,” police said, sharing an image of the man they’re looking to ID. “The suspects fled the area on foot toward C Street.”

Police said the victim was brought to a local hospital with injuries that weren’t considered life-threatening.

Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at 617-343-4742 or submit a tip anonymously.
