Detor Sirom, 37, was charged today for attempted murder in the first degree, murder in the second degree and place to keep pistol after a 23-year-old man was fatally shot early Sunday morning in the Ala Moana area near Keeamoku Street and Kapiolani Boulevard, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
His bail is set at $1 million.
