Dark Moon Coffee Roasters, a Henderson coffeehouse, and Smash and Slice, a pizza and smashburger spot in Silverado Ranch, are joining to open Giddy Up, a morning mashup serving coffee drinks and breakfast burritos.
Owners Kyle Porterfield of Dark Moon and Tony Lee of Smash and Slice made the announcement on Instagram with a video tour of the restaurant taking shape at 6261 Dean Martin Drive, just south of Allegiant Stadium, in the former SkinnyFats.
Besides coffees and breakfast burritos, Giddy Up will serve salads and wraps, using ingredients like fresh tortillas and grass-fed steak, and will not cook with seed oils, according to the video. Neon reached out to the restaurant for more information on the opening. Follow @eatgiddyup on Instagram.
