He performs with two microphones, so he can harmonize with himself or add backing vocals by singing into the second mic and looping that, too. World Cup Final watch parties
It all comes down to this. The World Cup Final is set for noon Sunday, and you have your choice of free watch parties. Tailgate Beach Club at Mandalay Bay will show the match on 125 feet of LED screens across its five pools. Las Vegas Lights FC will host a bash with mascot Viva, Lights players and giveaways 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in The Great Hall at Fashion Show mall. And doors open at 11 a.m. for Zouk Nightclub’s watch party that includes a DJ.
Tale of Three Chickens
Beginning 1 p.m. Sunday, ai Pazzi, the restaurant by celebrated chef Fabio Viviani in The Resort at Summerlin, is presenting a cooking demonstration led by Viviani. The demonstration, The Tale of Three Chickens, features the chef bringing a trio of his Italian recipes to life, along with a tasting of the dishes and questions for the chef. La Strega After Dark
On Sunday, La Strega restaurant from chef-partner Gina Marinelli, 3555 S. Town Center Drive, Suite 105, is debuting La Strega After Dark, a new quarterly late-night event series bringing together chef collaborations, beverages, music and community. For the debut gathering running from 9 to 11 p.m., the restaurant is joining with Erica Bell, pizzaiolo of Double Zero Pie & Pub, to offer continuous service of New York-style pizza, plus charcuterie, grazing bites, and selected beer, wine and cocktails. 21 and older. Head back to the ’90s in your finest clothes from the era when Majestic Repertory Theatre presents “Prom Night ’99.” You’re invited to dance, pass notes and spread rumors during the interactive experience that incorporates some of your favorite late-’90s teen movies. “It’s messy, funny, nostalgic and just a little bit heartbreaking,” according to Majestic. Communities In Schools presents the 14th annual Fill the Bus supply drive, helping students across the Clark County School District, on Thursday, July 23.
