Orlando creatives this weekend show where they stand on ICE, even as the federal agency ramps up arrests (and brutality), with an ICE Melts in Florida show at Will’s Pub.
Co-promoted by the Cadence Collective and Montgomery Drive, the evening (part of a run of shows throughout Florida) features a full concert with a full drag show following. Bands performing include Bellicosa, Dream October, Hate Me for Life and i.liedtomyself. Drag artists featuring include Venus Valentine, Allegra D, Davi Oddity, Luxcoux the Alien Cryptid, Esther Van Oi and Eleganja Oddity.
ICE Melts in Florida happens at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Will’s Pub. Tickets are $15 and benefit Revolutionary Education and Action League.
