Jet’s Pizza, the Detroit-style pizzeria founded by the Jetts brothers in 1978 in a suburb of Detroit, recently opened its third location in the Las Vegas Valley. The new shop is on Farm Road in Centennial Hills, joining stores in Summerlin and Henderson.
The menu at the new Jet’s features about a dozen signature, deep-dish, rectangular Detroit pies with crisp cornices, including Ultimate Pepperoni (mozzarella, three pepperoni styles), a Super Special (mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, onions, green peppers), BBQ Chicken (barbecue sauce, mozzarella, grilled chicken, bacon, red onions), a veggie (mozzarella, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives, tomatoes), and a Jet 10 (mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, hamburger, Italian sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives).
The menu also features classic-crust round pies, thin-crust round pies, New York-style pizzas, pies built with cauliflower and gluten-free crusts, and build-your-own pizzas in various crust styles. In addition, look for Jet’s Bread made from baked pizza dough with toppings, wings and boneless chicken pieces (plain, barbecue, honey barbecue, sweet red chili, mild buffalo, hot), a trio of salads and a trio of desserts, including a giant round chocolate brownie sliced like a pizza.
Today, Jet’s Pizza has more than 450 locations across 25 states. At the new shop, pizzas are available for pickup, carry-out and delivery. Jet’s Pizza is at 8426 Farm Road, Suite 110. Visit jetspizza.com.
