Cava’s 2nd location in Las Vegas Valley taking shape

Cava, the fast-casual bowl chain, took months to acknowledge that its first Nevada location was coming to Las Vegas, despite a commercial building permit being issued, the restaurant appearing on a shopping center map and, later, a Cava sign (complete with come-hither food shoots) mantling the windows of the space at the Centennial Hills center.

Now, Cava No. 2 in the valley is taking shape in Henderson, according to building records. A design review submission, with an applied date of July 27, is pending for a Cava project at 550 N. Stephanie St., Suite D, Henderson. A portion of a document obtained by Neon also lists Cava at that address. A construction industry source confirmed for Neon that the document portion belonged to a set of construction plans.

Neon has requested comment from Cava on the Henderson location. The Centennial Hills store is at 5655 Centennial Center Blvd., Suite 170.

According to reporting by Neon earlier in August, Cava counts more than 470 stores in the U.S. The chain reported $1.2 billion in sales in 2025 from dishes such as harissa avocado, pomegranate glazed salmon and strawberry steak salad bowls; build-your-own salad, grains, and greens and grains bowls; Greek chicken and steak and feta pita wraps; build-your-own wraps; and chips, pitas and spreads on the side.
