A fugitive wanted in California on vehicular manslaughter charges related to the deaths of four people was arrested in Moab Tuesday afternoon after a Moab Police officer pulled him over for allegedly driving 50 mph in a 30 mph zone on Highway 191 near 500 West, according to a social media post from the Moab Police Department.
