Photos: Beabadoobee was a heavenly electrical storm in Orlando

If we remember correctly (always a challenge!), the last time Beabadoobee played Orlando the show was at the Beacham. This time, though, Beabadoobee held court on the big stage at Addition Financial Arena for her Powerlines tour. Don’t worry, she was more than ready for arena shows after a stint opening for Olivia Rodrigo.

True to the tour’s name, the band were shadowed by electrical towers and power lines, creating a suitably desolate counterpoint to the singer’s very human songcraft. With a setlist drawing from Beabadoobee’s entire discography, Beabadoobee whipped up a storm of sound that was somehow intimate and overpowering all at once.
