7 Brew challenges Dutch Bros’ bid for closed Salad and Go locations

Another drive-thru coffee company is challenging Dutch Bros’ bid for shuttered Salad and Go locations.

Whoever ends up in the spaces may take up to seven locations across the Las Vegas Valley after the salad company announced it would close for good.

7 Brew, a coffeehouse brand founded in 2017 in Arkansas, wants to add the locations to its existing 777.

Dutch Bros’ announcement was welcome to replace the Arizona-based salad drive-thrus, as it is also based in Arizona. As of 2025, Dutch Bros had 1,225 locations, including 41 in Nevada (24 in Las Vegas).

According to a post on 7 Brew’s website, the company claims to have filed a “superior bid, setting up a fascinating acquisition battle between two drive-thru-focused brands.”

“7 Brew is serious about these lease assets and has been exactly the type of tenant that meets the criteria for prospective purchasers,” an attorney said in a Dutch Bros hearing Friday, according to Restaurant Business.

In the hearing, Dutch Bros said it would agree to pay $105 million for 51 locations in Arizona and Nevada.

Currently, there are no 7 Brew locations in Nevada.
