A stolen commercial box truck crashed into three parked vehicles and a wall Monday morning in Moanalua before its driver fled on foot, according to the Honolulu Police Department.
The crash occurred about 9:10 a.m. on Ala Ilima Street, police said.
About 40 minutes later, District 5 Crime Reduction Unit officers found the suspect in the Likini Street area. He was positively identified and arrested on suspicion of first-degree unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
